Hospital Packing List
Are you stressing about packing all the right things in your hospital bag? Look no further, I’ve got your back! As a birth doula and Mama of four, I have extensive experience with hospital births. I have a condensed list of necessities that covers all that you will need during your stay. Don’t get me wrong, you absolutely could just show up with the clothes on your back and they will provide all of the bare necessities but, you will miss some of the comfort items and things I have listed below. By all means, add to it if there are additional “must haves” personal to you! I will always be of the opinion that it’s better to pack too much and not need a few items than to be left hanging on something you could really have used. If you’re picky about pillows and blankets, maybe pack those too. I recommend having your bags packed and easily accessible by 36 weeks at the latest! Is there anything else you would include?
